Tic-Tac-Toe Loosing Game

OOP in Java Project Work, Fall 2009

Tic-Tac-Toe is also called noughts and crosses, X's and O's, and many other names, is a pencil-and-paper game for two players, O and X,who take turns marking the spaces in a 3×3 grid, usually X going first. In traditional Tic Tac Toe game, a player who succeeds by placing 3 O's or 3 X's in row horizontally, vertically or diagonally, wins the game. But in our game, the goal is to prevent placing 3 O's or 3 X's in row horizontally, vertically or diagonally so that neither a computer nor the human wins the game.
When you succeed in making a tie, YOU WIN the LOOSING GAME!!!
