It’s here again. THE main topic of any chat, discussion, and meeting. For an observer it almost looks like bragging: “Oh yes, just a little, my knee got sore, some three and half thousands, not more.” In between the discussions, one can hear pearls such as “Hum, their six year old son is incredible, yesterday he took his grandmum and they skied fifty, in two hours. He was almost dead but she wanted more.” But no, that’s not any showing off, that’s just a consequence of our great wonter conditions, I think. So instead of talking about last crop of wine grapes or high tides, here we mess about skiing.

Rawman, I totally recognize the topic, but the topic is endemic to only some narrow demographical cohorts in Funland. I think that your familiarity with the question tells us quite a lot about your posse ;-)
