User Interfaces                            Fall 2001

1. Make a short presentation of two user interfaces
   you think are good. Describe why they are good for
   the user.


2. Make a short presentation of two user interfaces
   you think are bad. Describe why they are bad for
   the user.

You could reflect upon following questions:

a) What are the best features of the system?

b) What are the worst features of the system?

c) Are some parts of the system confusing or hard to understand?

d) Is there something irritating in the system?

e) What are the most common errors you make while using
   the system?

f) What kind of changes you would like to make to the
   system in order to serve  the users better?

g) How long have you used / did use the system?
