Author Instructions for Camera-ready Papers
The accepted papers will be published in the Springer LNCS series.
The HARD deadline, set by Springer, for the camera-ready
April 15, 2005
The length of the paper can be up to 10 pages in the LNCS format
both for the oral presentations and for the poster presentations.
Perform the following four steps:
1. Finalize the paper according to the instructions.
See the authors' instructions at

The instructions for authors are found from
"Proceedings and Other Multiauthor Volumes" by
selecting an appropriate document processing system.
Since the proceedings is published in "Lecture Notes in
Computer Science, ISSN 0302-9743" by Springer then the authors must follow
the formatting set by Springer.
Do NOT use page numbering.
Extra cost for color pages is 200 EUR per page. This cost must be
paid together with the registration.
2. Create and submit a package of all files.
Remember to send all the needed files (depending whether you use
LaTeX or Word) and including the PDF file of your final paper
as one compressed package file.
The package should contain the following source files depending your document processing system:
- * For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS, EPS or PDF files for figures.
- * Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX).
- * Final PS file of the full paper (please avoid using the option "reverse order").
- * Final PDF file of the full paper.
- * RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
Name the package file according to your paper id. For example,
if your paper number is 1001, then the package is named as
one of the following ways:

Note that the package should be sent to the conference
organizers (not to Springer) by

The size of the package is limited to 20 MB
3. Fill and fax the copyright form.
Please fill the copyright form
and fax it to +358 5 621 2899.
4. Register for the paper.
Note that at least one of the authors must register
by April 15, 2005. You can register for ONE paper ONLY,
i.e., there must be at least one participant per paper.
