Contents
The course concerns color in a digital context. The contents include basics of spectral approach to color, color imaging, digital color storages and transmission, accurate and device independent color representation and reproduction. The main content is in different mathematical methods to represent color and reproduce accurate color spectrum from these representations. Methods include Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), Non-negative Tensor Factorization (NTF), etc.
