The course concerns color in a digital context. The contents include
basics of spectral approach to color, color imaging, digital color
storages and transmission, accurate and device independent color
representation and reproduction.
The main content is in different mathematical methods to represent color
and reproduce accurate color spectrum from these representations. Methods
include Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Non-negative Matrix
Factorization (NMF), Non-negative Tensor Factorization (NTF), etc.
