<h2>Task 1</h2>
Come up with at least eight requirements for a system that sells parking tickets and accepts coins and bank cards. 
Based on the eight primary criteria of the Standard 830 (section 4.3. 
onwards, p. 4, or p. 10 in 
<a href="http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/servlet/opac?punumber=5841">pdf</a>), 
create a matrix (requirements vs. characteristics) and assess the characteristics of your 
software requirements specification (SRS).<br>
Note: last week we were using an older version of the stardard (1993).

 Answer to the following questions:<br>

 <li> What are the trends in the failure/success/challenged projects?
 <li> What are the reasons for past projects to be success and what are main reasons for failure? 
 <li> What are the suggested recipes for success according to the report (see also last page)?
 <li> Compare the previous answer with the recipe from 1994: http://standishgroup.com/sample_research/chaos_1994_4.php. What are the differences? Can you explain them?
 <li> What skills a project manager should have? How do you judge your skills 
if you were assigned to such a task?
