Task 1
Come up with at least eight requirements for a system that sells parking tickets and accepts coins and bank cards.
Based on the eight primary criteria of the Standard 830 (section 4.3.
onwards, p. 4, or p. 10 in
pdf),
create a matrix (requirements vs. characteristics) and assess the characteristics of your
software requirements specification (SRS).
Note: last week we were using an older version of the stardard (1993).

Answer to the following questions:
- What are the trends in the failure/success/challenged projects?
- What are the reasons for past projects to be success and what are main reasons for failure?
- What are the suggested recipes for success according to the report (see also last page)?
- Compare the previous answer with the recipe from 1994: http://standishgroup.com/sample_research/chaos_1994_4.php. What are the differences? Can you explain them?
- What skills a project manager should have? How do you judge your skills
if you were assigned to such a task?
