Individually, read the IEEE Std 830-1993, IEEE Recommended Practice for Software Requirements Specifications (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/servlet/opac?punumber=3114). Using library, course book, and internet search, try to find at least two other templates for requirements specification or filled complete requirements documents. Compare the templates to the IEEE Standard in terms of structure, contents, and style.
In your group, continue on material processing for your survey. You should have the raw text ready in the document, for this demo. The first version of your survey will have information to provide reader enough knowledge about your topic. In the demo, present the current version of your paper and an abstract (short) version of your contribution - 2-3 paragraphs = 2-4 minutes, of what is the topic, what are the main points, what is the relation to requirements engineering.
